MACH celebrated the end of our fifth year with an in-person meeting held in New Brunswick, NJ, at the end of May. We continue to be spread across thirteen institutions, primarily operating in a remote workspace, so we look forward to the opportunity to be together to have large-scale, in-depth conversations about how to successfully integrate and share our research.
This year’s annual meeting was again open to the MACH research team and stakeholders, including our Community Partners, Collaborative Stakeholder Advisory Panel, and Government Advisory Committee. Stakeholders had the opportunity to connect with researchers and learn more about the many updates to MACH-led research projects, tools, and collaborations.
To kick off the meeting, MACH partnered with the New Jersey Climate Change Resource Center to host a conversation with region’s Chief Resilience Officers (CRO). The panel featured New Jersey’s CRO Nick Angarone and Philadelphia’s CRO Abby Sullivan. It was co-moderated by Marjorie Kaplan and Lisa Auermuller.
A recording of the hybrid portion of the meeting, featuring talks by MACH and Rutgers leadership, as well as the State of Resilience panel, can be viewed here.
MACH research posters shared during the meeting are accessible here.
