Overview: MACH is, to an extent, an experiment. This Focus Area's goal is to document, digest, and disseminate lessons learned from MACH viewed as an experiment in large-scale convergence research. Researchers involved will do this through pursuing an ongoing longitudinal survey study of MACH participant, developing a manuscript describing and reflecting on MACH’s year-1 scoping process and creating a case study on challenges of doing convergence research for early-career researchers.
