This research, led by Karina French, focuses on collecting qualitative data through interviews with municipal budget managers and resilience officers in the MACH region and across the Mid-Atlantic. The interviews include questions to investigate how local governments have addressed the financial impacts of climate-driven hazards on their budgets in the past and how they are considering managing fiscal risk going forward.
